Our business, Ashirwad Trading Company, is located in Shop No- 2 of Bansidhar Tower. You’ll find us on Sukenkar Lane, which is right in the Panchavati area. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the lane sometimes, especially when there are trucks trying to unload, but it’s a good spot for a trading company. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Panchavati is a place with a lot of tradition, and we like being a part of that. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to be really organized with our stock. We spend a lot of time counting items and talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just try to be fair and get things done on time. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, and we have to put a bucket down, but that’s just life in an older building. Most of our neighbors in Bansidhar Tower are also small business owners, so we all look out for each other. If someone needs a hand moving something heavy, there’s always someone around to help. We like the community feel of Sukenkar Lane. It makes coming to work every morning a lot more pleasant. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just trading goods and keeping the business going year after year, and that is just fine by us.
