Ashirwad General Stores

We are located over at Shubhvastu Appt on Jai Bhawani Road, which is a fairly quiet part of Nashik Road until the temple crowds start moving. Being near Bhagwati Mata Mandir means we see a lot of people passing through, especially on festival days when things get really hectic around Shop No 4. We’ve been running this general store for a bit now, and most of our day is just spent chatting with the people who live in the apartments above or around the corner. It’s funny how you start remembering everyone's regular order after a while. Nashik weather can be unpredictable, but we’re usually here regardless of the rain or heat. Sometimes the stock takes a day or two longer to arrive from the distributors, but we usually manage to keep the basics on the shelves. The shop doesn't look like those big supermarkets you see in the city center; it’s more of a traditional setup with everything within reach. We spend a lot of time sorting through boxes and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up at night. If you’re walking towards the mandir, you’ll probably see our sign. We try to keep things straightforward and don't really go for anything flashy. It's just a local shop for the people living nearby who don't want to travel too far for their daily bits and pieces.
