Our place, Shri Ekvira Manufacturer & Coats Pvt. Ltd., is situated at W-130 and 131-A in the M.I.D.C. Ambad Kalyanpur area. Having two plots gives us enough room to handle both the manufacturing side and the coating work without things getting too crowded. It is a noisy place, as you would expect from a factory. There is always the smell of paint or chemicals in the air from the coating section. We have a crew that has been with us for a good while, so everyone knows their role without needing much direction. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a typical industrial structure with high ceilings and heavy doors. We spend our days dealing with orders and making sure the equipment is running the way it should. Sometimes parts break down and we have to fix them on the fly. That is just part of the job here. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Most of the people who deal with us are other businesses in the area who know what we do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production line. It is hard work, and the floors are never really clean for long, but we get the products out. It is a basic operation run by people who know the trade.
