We are Al Nandi Resorts & Real Estate Llp, and our office is situated at F. No. 1 in the Ranjit Ravi Apartment. This is located in Sharanpur Gavthan. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to some of the bigger commercial hubs, which we actually prefer for our day-to-day work. Working in real estate and resorts involves a lot of patience and a lot of time spent on the phone. Our space in Ranjit Ravi Apartment is where we keep all our files and do our planning. It’s a pretty standard apartment-style office, nothing too fancy or over the top. Sharanpur Gavthan has a certain local charm to it, and we feel like we’re part of the neighborhood here. We don't spend a lot of money on big signs or flashy advertising. Most of what we do is just steady, practical work. Some days are slower than others, especially when we’re waiting on paperwork to clear, but we just take it as it comes. We’ve found that being in a residential-commercial mix like this helps us stay grounded. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to handle our business properly and keep things moving forward. It’s just a few of us here making sure the resorts and real estate side of things are being looked after as they should be.
