Being right on the Mumbai Agra Highway means we see a lot of traffic. Our spot is at Survey No. 96/2. It’s a noisy location, but you can’t beat the access for heavy vehicles. We’ve been operating under the Afl Pvt.Ltd. name for some time now. The building isn't much, just some concrete and some gates, but it does what it needs to do. Inside, it's usually a bit of a mess with ledgers and cargo manifestos everywhere. We don’t really do the whole corporate image thing. Most of us wear work boots and shirts that have seen better days. The highway noise is constant, so you have to talk a bit louder here. We deal with all sorts of shipments. Sometimes the weather makes the highway a nightmare, and everything gets delayed, which means we stay late. It's part of the job. There’s a small tea stall down the road where we usually take our breaks. We don't have fancy brochures. If you need something, you just come by and talk to us. We try to be straightforward. Life on the highway is fast, but the work here is steady and methodical. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork and the loading. It’s a plain existence, but it’s our living. The trucks keep rolling, and we keep checking the lists. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the work as it comes to us.
