You can find us at 5-8-14 Lace Palace on Park Road. It’s a decent spot, though the traffic on Park Road can be a real headache during rush hour. The Cell Society Ltd. occupies a space that’s been here for a while. We aren't a huge corporation with floors of people; it's just a smaller group of us working together every day. Most of the day is spent handling mobile-related things and talking to customers. The shop isn't overly decorated. We have some shelves with various items and a counter where we spend most of our time. It’s a practical layout for what we do. Park Road has a lot of shops, so there's always a lot of people walking past our window. We get a mix of folks, from teenagers looking for the latest thing to older people who just need help setting up their phones. It’s interesting to see the different types of problems people have. We try to be helpful without making things complicated. We don't use much jargon because it just confuses everyone. Usually, we have the radio on in the background, playing whatever local station is on. It keeps the atmosphere light and friendly. We take our lunch breaks in turns so there's always someone here to answer questions. It’s a steady pace, nothing too frantic most days. We like being part of the Lace Palace building; it feels like a solid place to be based. The neighbors are good people too.
