If you find yourself in Hoshangabad, specifically in Ward 22, you might pass by Umendra Niwas. We are located right there, just opposite Geeta Bhavan in the Rasuliya area. It’s a bit of a local landmark, so it’s not hard to find. The office is basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace for Navtark Solutions. It feels more like a home than a regular office, which is fine by us. There’s a yard out front and the street is usually pretty calm, except when there’s a festival or something going on at the temple nearby. We’ve got our desks set up in the main rooms and a small kitchen where we make way too much tea during the day. Working here in a place like this means we don't have to deal with the madness of a big city like Indore every single day. We know the neighbors and the guy who runs the corner shop. Our team is small, mostly people from around the area who know the town well. We do our work, talk about the weather, and try to make sure everything gets done by the time the sun goes down. It's a simple life here at the office. We don't have fancy glass walls or a reception desk. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work to get through before we head home for dinner. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing day by day.
