Our place is located in Tilakvada, right near the Tanka Dudh Dairy area. If you find Rs No. 601, you have found us. Tilakvada Narmada Spnf Producer Company Limited is basically just the local folks here working on things together. We are in the Narmada district, which is a nice place but quiet for the most part. The building we use is pretty basic, just enough space to get the business done and meet with the other producers. We handle a lot of the small tasks that come with being a registered company. It involves a lot of talking and making sure the supplies are where they should be. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most people know us because we live nearby or they see us at the dairy area. It is a very hands-on kind of job. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we help each other out to get it right. It’s not a corporate office environment at all. We wear our regular clothes and talk like we always have. There’s no need to pretend to be something we aren't. We just focus on the work that needs doing today and worry about tomorrow when it gets here. The sun gets hot in the afternoons, so we try to do the heavy stuff early. It’s just how life goes here and we are fine with that.
