Gsr Bricks

We've been out here in Somavarappadu for a while now. Running Gsr Bricks keeps us busy most days. It is mostly about getting the mix right and making sure the kiln is running the way it should. It gets pretty hot here in Ballikurava Mandal, but that is just part of the job. People usually just drop by the yard when they need something for a wall or a small shed. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the bricks and the space where we stack them up. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to dry things out properly. If it rains too much, everything slows down. That's just how it goes with this kind of work. We handle the loading ourselves most of the time. It is heavy work, but someone has to do it. The dust gets everywhere, even in your tea. You get used to it after a few years. Most of our days start early before the sun gets too high. We see a lot of the same faces coming through. They know where to find us at 111. It's not a complicated setup. We just keep the site going and try to stay on top of the orders that come in. There is always something that needs fixing or a stack that needs moving. It is a simple life but it keeps us on our feet and active every day.
