We are located out in Yenakandla Village, within the Banaganapali Mandal of Kurnool. Our facility at Enakandla is quite a big part of the local landscape. Sree Jayajyothi Cements Pvt. Ltd. has been a fixture here for a long time. Working in a village setting like this is different from being in the middle of a big city. Things move a bit slower, and we know our neighbors by name. The plant is a busy place, with a lot of machinery and people moving around to keep everything running. It’s noisy and it can get very hot, especially during the peak of summer in Kurnool. We have a lot of local workers from Yenakandla and the surrounding areas. They are the ones who really keep this place going day after day. We aren't big on corporate talk or long meetings. We mostly just focus on the production and making sure the quality of the cement is what it should be. The trucks come and go all through the day and night, taking the cement out to different parts of the state. We’ve got a simple office where we handle the logistics and the payroll. It’s a lot of work to keep a place like this operating smoothly. We deal with whatever problems come up, whether it’s a broken machine or a delay in shipping. We just take it one day at a time and keep moving. It’s a quiet life outside of the work, but the work itself keeps us plenty busy.
