We spend most of our time here at the shop near Sanjeeva Nagar Gate, right by the petrol pump where it gets pretty loud with all the bikes and trucks going past. It’s a small place but we keep ourselves busy with all sorts of computer parts and fixing things that people bring in when they've stopped working. Usually, the morning starts with cleaning off the dust that comes in from the road, then we get to checking the laptops or desktops that are sitting on the workbench. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical spot where we do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the internet is slow or a part we need takes a few days to show up, but that’s just how it goes around here. People stop by on their way to fill up gas and ask about a mouse or a cable they need for their home setup. We’ve been at this location for a while now, so we know the local faces and the rhythm of the traffic outside. When the power goes out, we just sit and wait for it to come back, maybe chat with the neighbors for a bit. It’s mostly about getting through the pile of repairs and making sure the inventory is where it should be on the shelves. There is always something to tinker with, whether it’s a broken screen or a system that won’t boot up properly. We just keep at it until the day is done.
