Tolat D Ed B Ed College

Tolat D Ed B Ed College is out at Gut No 1 in Nadarabad, which is part of the Khuldabad area in Aurangabad. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city of Aurangabad, so it’s much quieter out here. The air is a bit cleaner and there’s more space than you’d find in the middle of town. We are basically a training ground for future teachers. The students who come here are usually very focused on their D.Ed or B.Ed degrees. The building is a solid, functional structure with large windows that let in a lot of light. We have a small library that’s usually quite full because there’s not much else to do in Nadarabad during the breaks. The road leading up to the college can be a bit bumpy, especially after the monsoon, but everyone is used to it by now. We spend our days going through teaching theories and practical demonstrations. The staff room is always a mess of lesson plans and attendance registers. It’s a simple life out here. We don’t have a big cafeteria, just a small place to get some tea or a snack. The surrounding area has a lot of history since it’s near Khuldabad, so it feels like a very traditional place to study. We just keep our heads down and do the work of helping these students get ready for their own classrooms someday. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense college for people around Maharashtra.
