The Lotus Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Our place, The Lotus Multi Cuisine Restaurant, is down at Plot no. 12 in the N-13 area of Hudco Corner. We are right next to the Hotel Taj By Vivanta in Harsool, Aurangabad. It’s a busy spot, especially with the hotel right there. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out on the floor making sure everything is running smoothly. Running a restaurant means you’re always on your feet. There’s never a quiet moment from the time we start prep in the morning until we close up at night. The Harsool area has a lot of energy, and we get all kinds of people coming in for a meal. We don't have a corporate office or a big team of managers. It’s just us and our cooks and servers. We’ve had the same crew for a while, which helps when things get really busy during the dinner rush. Sometimes we run out of a certain ingredient because the delivery truck got stuck in traffic, and we just have to let the customers know. It’s an honest way to make a living, even if it is exhausting sometimes. We try to keep the tables clean and the floors mopped, but with so many people coming in and out, it’s a constant battle. The menu is a mix of things we like to cook and what people around here like to eat. We don’t do fancy marketing; people just find us because we’re in a good spot. It takes a lot to keep things going.
