One of the main things about our location is that we are quite near MIT College, so we see a lot of students coming in between their classes or after they finish for the day. Beed By Pass Road is always busy with trucks and cars moving through, so there is a lot of energy around the complex. The shop itself is a plain setup. We have the usual tables and a kitchen that stays pretty hot throughout the day. We don't have any fancy decorations or soft music playing. It is just the sound of the road and the kitchen. Being in Satara Parisar means we are a bit away from the main city center, but the college keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time just managing the rush when the students have their breaks. It is a lot of hard work, especially when the weather in Aurangabad gets really hot in the summer. We just keep the water jars filled and the food moving out to the tables.
