We focus on getting things built, whether it's a small wall or a bigger structure. Nanded has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to work with that over the years. We keep a lot of our tools and gear nearby, so the office can get a bit cluttered with more than just paper. It’s an honest way to make a living. We know the local guys who supply the bricks and the sand, which makes things a bit smoother when we’re in a rush. There’s no big corporate ladder here.
