We are located at Shastri Nagar in the Manjuldeep building. We use shop number 01 and 02 for our base of operations. It is a local setup where we handle the construction side of things. Shreeja Developments And Constructions L Lp started out small and we still feel like a local outfit. Most of our days involve checking on sites or dealing with suppliers. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people who have questions about their projects. We’ve been around the neighborhood long enough that people know where to find us. Dealing with building work in this area takes a lot of patience. There are always permits to sign or materials that arrive late. We just deal with those things as they come up. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone or sitting at the desk. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple and less confusing for everyone. Shastri Nagar is a good place for us to be based because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. If you walk past Manjuldeep, you’ll see our shops right there at the front. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the work we started and make sure the buildings stand up like they’re supposed to for the long haul.
