Minad Agro Plast Pvt Lmt has operations in two different spots in the Nanded district. One is at Gut No. 51 on Osmannagar Road in Gundegaon, and the other is at Gut No. 279 on the same Osmannagar Road but over in Dhakni, which falls under the Loha Taluka. It is a very rural part of the country, which is fine by us. Being in Jila Nanded means we are right in the middle of the agricultural heartland. Our work involves both agro and plastic products, so being near the farms is actually quite practical. The buildings we work out of are simple and made for hard work, not for showing off. We don't have air-conditioned offices or fancy furniture. It is more about the machines and the stock we have on hand. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We all know each other and how the work needs to be done. The roads around Loha can be a bit tricky during the rainy season, but we manage to get our products out regardless. We don't have a marketing team or a sales department. Most of our business comes from people in the district who know our name. It is a lot of manual labor and practical management every day. We are just Minad Agro Plast, working hard on Osmannagar Road to make a living for ourselves and our families.
