If you know Nanded, you know it's a place where things are always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it at H No. 1. It’s a local operation, nothing too corporate. We mostly spend our time dealing with the day-to-day stuff of developing property. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the files and site maps, but we know where everything is. It’s just us working on getting houses built and making sure the sites are moving along like they should. We don't really go in for big speeches or fancy brochures. Mostly, it's just about showing up every morning and seeing what needs to be done. Bhagya Nagar is a decent area to work out of, and being in Maharashtra, there's always plenty of paperwork to handle with the local offices. We've got a few people helping out, but it still feels like a small family thing. We've been at this address for a bit now, so the neighbors know us. It isn't always easy dealing with rain or material delays, but that's part of the job. We just keep our heads down and keep working.
