We are set up at 12A in Saraswati Colony, which is in Erandol in the Jalgaon district. It’s a bit of a quiet area compared to the big cities, but that suits us just fine. Even though our name mentions Pune, this is where we do the actual work. Hitech Esoft Pvt Ltdpune is mostly about computer work and software tasks. We spend a lot of our time staring at screens and typing away. The office isn't very big, it's just a few desks and some computers squeezed into the space. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic since most of what we do happens online or over the phone. Being in a colony means we see the same people every day walking their dogs or going to the market. It’s a very local vibe. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is just part of living in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that does everything. We just make our own tea and get back to the code or the data we are handling. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't trying to be the next big tech giant. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. It’s honest work and it keeps our small team occupied throughout the week. We’ve been in Erandol for a while and like the pace here.
