Green Grain Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our setup is over in Khantgaon, which is in the Biloli tq. We work out of Shri Prabhakar Bapurao’s place. It is a very rural area, so things move at a different pace out here. We are a farmer producer company, so our whole day is basically spent talking to the people who grow the grain. We deal with whatever is in season, mostly grains that come from the local fields. The warehouse can get very hot in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. There is always a lot of dust in the air when we are moving the bags around. We don't have any fancy office equipment. Usually, we are just writing things down in ledgers and making sure the counts are right. People from the village stop by all the time to chat or ask about the prices. It’s a community thing as much as it is a business. Sometimes we have trouble with the internet out here, so we have to go into town to send emails or do bank work. It is just the reality of living in a place like Khantgaon. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the grain is handled properly and everyone gets their fair share. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset most days of the week.
