B L Agro Industries is situated right in Yehalegaon, which is a part of the Kalmnuri taluka. If you come looking for us, you’ll find a pretty straightforward setup. We have the main gates that usually stay open during the day so the local farmers can come in and out as they need. The work here changes depending on the time of year. During harvest time, things get really hectic and we are all running around trying to keep up with the flow of materials coming through. In the slower months, we spend a lot of time just maintaining the machinery and cleaning up the yard. It can get pretty hot under the tin roofs during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get through the list of tasks.
