If you know where the petrol pump is in Shivaji Nagar, then you know where we are. Computer Repair & Services is a small operation here in Nanded. We spend our days looking at screens and opening up towers to see what is rattling inside. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do. The shop usually smells a bit like solder and dust, which is pretty standard for a repair place. It is mostly just me and a helper keeping the place going. We do not spend money on fancy signs or radio ads. Most people just find us because they live nearby or a friend told them we could help with their slow computer. We handle all sorts of repairs, from broken hinges to software that just will not behave. Sometimes we are really busy and the counter is piled high with machines, and other days it is a bit slower and we catch up on organization. We do not have a corporate script when we talk to you. We just talk like regular people. If a part is going to be expensive, we tell you straight out so you can decide if it is worth the cost. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the technology change, but the basic problems usually stay the same. We just enjoy the challenge of figuring out why a machine is not doing what it is supposed to do.
