Our business is Aavad Masale And Foods Private Limited. We are based at House Number 2574 in Shanti Nagar. This is in Mukhed, which is in the Nanded district. The pin code is 431715. We make masalas and other food products right here at the house. It’s a very local operation. The whole place smells like spices all the time. Sometimes it's coriander, sometimes it's red chili. It gets into your clothes and your hair. We use big stone grinders and some small electric ones too. It’s a lot of manual work. We have to dry the spices on the roof when the sun is out. Then we bring them down and grind them. Shanti Nagar is a quiet area where everyone is a neighbor. We sell our masalas to the local people and some of the small stores in Mukhed. We don't have a big factory or any fancy trucks. We just use a small van to deliver things. We don't have a polished business plan or anything like that. We just make the masalas the way we know how. Our hands are often stained yellow from the turmeric. It’s just how it is. We’ve been at House 2574 for many years. It’s where we live and where we work. We don't need much else. It’s a simple, honest life making spices for the community.
