You can find Velson Industries at 3/148-D, Thirunagar Colony, right on the Karuveppampati Sankari Main Road. Being on the main road means there is a constant stream of buses and lorries passing by our gate. The colony itself is a bit quieter once you step away from the traffic. We have a modest setup here where we handle our manufacturing tasks. The building is simple, with a tin roof that makes a lot of noise when it rains heavily. We spend our hours managing the production lines and making sure the workers have what they need to keep things moving. It gets pretty warm inside during the middle of the day, but we have a few big fans that help a little. We are a small operation, so we don't have layers of management or anything like that. If there is a problem with a machine, we just go out and fix it ourselves. The office part of the building is just a couple of desks and a lot of ledgers. We prefer it this way because it keeps things uncomplicated. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we all know each other's families and what is going on in the town. It is a steady rhythm of work and breaks, and we don't really bother with any corporate stuff. We just focus on the daily output and making sure the gate is locked up tight at night.
