Vista Pharmaceuticals Limited is located within the APIIC Industrial Estate in Gopalaipalli Village, which is part of the Narketpalli Mandal. It’s a bit of a distance from the city, sitting out in the countryside where the industrial estate was set up. Because it's a bit remote, the pace feels a little different than the busy city centers. We have a lot of space here, which is necessary for the pharmaceutical manufacturing we handle. The commute out to Gopalaipalli can be long for those living in the city, so many of our workers come from the local villages nearby. The facility itself is a mix of big storage areas and specialized rooms for the machines. We spend a lot of time on maintenance and making sure the power supply stays steady, as being further out can sometimes mean the grid is a bit patchy. There isn't much around the estate in terms of shops, so everyone usually brings their own lunch and we eat together in the common room. It’s a simple setup where the work is the main priority. We don't worry much about how the place looks to outsiders; we just focus on keeping the production lines moving and getting the batches finished on time. The sounds of the village are often audible from the outskirts of the plant, giving it a unique feel compared to more urban sites.
