Suguna Mobile Tiffin Centre

Suguna Mobile Tiffin Centre is a small food setup located at 9-44/1 in Vatchyatanda, Janagam. We don't have a big dining hall or a menu with fifty items on it. It is a mobile unit, so we are often right there by the road where people can grab a quick bite. We focus on making good tiffin items like idli and dosa. The mornings are our busiest time because everyone is heading to work and needs something hot to eat. We start our prep work while it is still dark outside to make sure the batter is ready. There is a lot of steam and the smell of spices in the air around our spot. Janagam is a place where people appreciate a simple, filling meal that doesn't cost too much. We don't use any fancy kitchen gadgets, just the basic stoves and pans we have used for years. It is a family effort to keep things running smoothly. We don't have a marketing plan or any colorful posters. People just follow the smell of the food to find us. Sometimes we run out of things early if it is a busy day, and that is just how it goes. We like seeing the regular faces every morning. It is a humble way to make a living, but we enjoy being part of the community in Vatchyatanda.
