Sri Sai Bharati Degreecollege

Living and working along Hyderabad Road in Nalgonda is always interesting. Sri Sai Bharati Degreecollege is right in the middle of it all. If you are heading out of town or coming in, you probably pass us. The 508001 area has changed quite a bit over the years, but our college stays pretty much the same. It’s a place for students who finished school and are trying to figure out what comes next. We spend a lot of time in the office handling paperwork and talking to people who drop in with questions about classes. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of benches and lecturers trying to keep everyone’s attention. It’s not like those big universities you see in movies. We’re just a local spot. Nalgonda is a hot place, so we value the shade in the courtyard when we can get it. Most of the students come from nearby villages or from right here in town. You’ll see them standing around the entrance talking before the first bell or heading to the bus stop when we close up. It’s a simple routine. We keep the registers updated and make sure the rooms are swept. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a certificate or a form. We just do our bit on Hyderabad Road every day and hope the traffic isn't too bad.
