Bujji Mobile Tiffin Centre

Bujji Mobile Tiffin Centre is located at number 39 in Kadapagandi Tanda, over in the Janagam area. We are a small food business and we don't have a big restaurant or anything like that. We mostly focus on making tiffins and quick meals for the people who live and work nearby. Our day starts very early in the morning, long before the sun comes up, so we can get the cooking started. It is a lot of work to get everything ready on time. We don't have a massive menu, just a few simple dishes that we know how to make well. The space we have is quite small, so it can get very crowded when everyone comes for breakfast at the same time. We’ve been running this centre for a while now and we know most of our customers by their names. It is a very local business and we like it that way. We don't have any fancy kitchen equipment, just the basic pots and pans that we have used for years. It is hard work being on our feet all day and dealing with the heat from the stove, but it’s how we make a living. We don't do any advertising. People just see our sign or hear about the food from their neighbors. It’s just a simple, honest way to serve the community. We keep our heads down and cook.
