Lensing Agro Private Limited

Lensing Agro Private Limited is a small operation run out of Sauramuri, near the Baranghati post office. Babul Kalita is the one who handles things at the main office there. We focus on agriculture and everything that comes with it in the Kayan area. We aren't a big corporation with lots of levels of bosses. It is mostly just a handful of us making sure the daily tasks get done. We deal with local crops and try to find the best way to get them from the field to wherever they need to go. There’s always a lot of dirt on our boots and grease on our hands because we do most of the work ourselves. We don't have a polished way of speaking or any fancy marketing materials. If you come by, you’ll likely find us busy with the inventory or talking to one of the local growers about their yield for the season. It’s a practical business built on knowing the land and the people around here. We’ve had some ups and downs like any other small business, but we keep showing up every morning. We just want to keep things moving and make sure the farming in this part of the district stays productive and manageable for everyone involved. It’s not always easy to keep the money side straight, but we do our best with what we have and keep moving forward.
