We’ve been at this spot in Kulti, near Asthawan in the Nalanda district for a while now. The name says Asian Colour Coated Ispat Ltd. Rewari Haryana, which might be a bit confusing if you're looking for us locally here in Bihar, but this is where the work happens. Coated steel and industrial stuff are what we mostly do. It gets pretty busy around the shop, especially during the day when trucks come in. No fancy talk here. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is handled. The weather in Nalanda gets quite hot in the summers, making the work a bit tougher on the floor. Most of us living nearby have been with the company for a few years. It's a standard industrial setup. Nothing too flashy to look at. Metal sheets and coatings are the main thing. Usually, someone is around at the post if you need to drop off paperwork or check on an order. It’s just how things go in this part of Bihar. Sometimes the power goes out, but we manage to keep things moving along. There’s a lot of dust because of the materials we handle, so it’s not exactly a clean office job. People stop by and ask what we do, and we just tell them it's steel work. It’s a job like any other. Keeping us busy day in and day out. Machinery needs to keep running and orders need to move.
