Our office is located at 201 Joy Villa in the Tallital area of Nainital. It is a nice spot, though the roads can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to the hills. URMILA GANGA CONSTRUCTION LLP is mostly involved in building projects around Haldwani and the rest of the Nainital district. Working in Uttarakhand is a bit different because of the terrain and the weather. You have to plan around the rains and the cold winters, which can really slow down a site. We spend a lot of our time traveling between the office and various project locations. It is not always easy, but it is the job. The team here is pretty small, and we mostly rely on local knowledge to get things finished. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find out about us because they see our signs or talk to someone we worked for before. It is a very hands-on way of doing business. Inside the office at Joy Villa, it is usually quiet except for the sound of the printer or someone on the phone with a supplier. We deal with a lot of different materials and workers every day. It's just a regular construction outfit trying to do things the right way in a beautiful but sometimes difficult landscape. We take things as they come and try to finish what we start.
