Ganpati Developers

Our location is on Ranikhet Road, right near the Corbett Inn Hotel in Lakhanpur. Ganpati Developers has been operating from this spot for a bit now. It is a good location because people coming into town usually pass right by us. A lot of time is spent looking at site plans and talking to contractors. The office is often dusty because of all the blueprints and files we keep around. There is always a pot of tea going in the back for anyone who stops by. We don't have a big fancy sign, just enough so people know where we are. Lakhanpur is a growing area, so there is always something happening on the road outside. We hear the tourists heading toward the park sometimes. Our work keeps us out in the field a lot, but this is where we do the planning and paperwork. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old, but they are comfortable enough. We don't spend money on expensive decor. Focusing on the building projects we have on hand is more important to us. It is a local business, through and through. Most of the people we work with are from around here. Knowing the land and the local rules makes things much easier. It is just honest work. We show up early and stay until the maps are folded and the lights are off for the night. That is just how we do things in this office.
