Tyfrio Agri Innovations Private Limited is run from House Number 287 in Gali-10, over at the Royal Residency in Bagwar. We are down in Udham Singh Nagar. The office is basically part of the house, which makes for a short commute. Parmatma Tiwari’s son and the rest of the family keep things moving here. We focus on agri innovations, which mostly means we look at new ways to help the local farms work better. It’s not a high-tech lab or anything. It’s more of a place where we sit and talk through ideas and look at what’s working in the fields. Bagwar is a busy enough place, and being in Royal Residency gives us a bit of a base to operate from. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just talk to the people we know and see what they need. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out visiting nearby plots of land. It can be tiring, but it’s better than sitting in a cubicle in a big city. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know the soil and we know the people. We just try to be useful and keep the business going one day at a time. It’s a family-style business and that is how we like to keep it. We’ve been here for a while and we don't plan on going anywhere else. It is just home and work all in one.
