We've been at Sco-49 for a while now. It's just a small shop in D Block of Milap Nagar. Computers break, and we fix them. Mostly we handle screen repairs and slow laptops. People from the neighborhood drop by when their printer stops working or they need a part replaced. It gets busy on Mondays. We don't have a big office, just a few desks and a lot of cables everywhere. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the people who come in. Sometimes it takes a couple of days if we have to order a specific piece, but we try to get things done. It isn't anything fancy. Just some tools and people who know how to use them. If your internet is acting up or your computer won't turn on, you can find us near the main market area. We’ve seen all kinds of tech problems over the years. Some are easy, some take all afternoon. We just stay until the job is finished. There’s always coffee on the desk and someone around to take a look at what’s wrong. It’s a bit messy with all the spare parts lying around, but we know where everything is. We started out small and stayed that way because it works for us. The morning starts with checking the messages left overnight. We usually have a pile of laptops waiting on the counter when we open up. D Block is a good spot because people can find us easily.
