Kishan Pur is a decent place to work out of; it has got that village feel but we still get our business done. The Guptas have been a part of this for a while now. We are not a big factory with smoke coming out of chimneys. It is more of a local operation where everyone knows each other. We spend our time managing the stock and making sure the drinks are moved out to the shops and vendors. It is a lot of physical work and sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it rains in the village. We do not have any polished mission statements or fancy goals. We just want to make sure the people who buy from us get what they need on time. The office at Oliviya is where we keep the books and take the orders. It is simple and functional.
