We have been operating out of Ujamsingh Nagar for quite a while now. It is just a small team of us here handling the food processing and packing. Some days are really hectic when the big orders come in, and other days we just spend time cleaning the equipment or organizing the storage space. We deal with various food items, mostly basic stuff that people use every day in their kitchens. It is a regular workplace with no fancy decorations or big corporate offices. The space is practical and serves its purpose for what we do. My cousin helps me out with the books, and we have a few local guys who come in to help with the heavy lifting when the trucks arrive. We don't have a website or any of those modern marketing things. Most people find us just by word of mouth or by seeing our sign when they pass through Ujamsingh Nagar. We have seen this area change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up and more traffic on the streets. Through it all, we just keep doing our daily routine. The power goes out sometimes, which can be a real pain when we are in the middle of a job, but we just wait it out and start back up again. It is hard work and the days can be long, but it is an honest living. We just try to get the bags packed and sent out on time.
