Our place is out in Village Pirumadara. It is a quiet spot in Tehsil Ramnagar, far away from the big city noise. Delicia Foods India Pvt. Ltd. is right there near the post office. It is a simple building surrounded by green fields and some trees. We like it here because the air is better and it is a lot more peaceful than being in the city. We process food items right on the site. Most of the people working here are from the village itself, so we all know each other. We walk or ride our bikes to work every morning. It is not a high-tech factory with robots. We use our hands for a lot of the work, like sorting and packing. There is a lot of cleaning to do every single day to keep things right. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just focus on making sure the food we produce is good enough for our own families. Sometimes when the monsoon rain is heavy, the roads get a bit muddy and difficult, but we still show up and get the work done. We know each other's families and how everyone is doing. It is more like a big family than a corporation. We take our breaks under the trees outside when the weather is nice. It is a slower pace of life, but we still get all the orders out on time.
