Being located at Plot No-8 in Sector-10 of the Sidcul industrial area in Pant Nagar means we are right in the middle of a very large manufacturing hub. This part of District Udham Singh Nagar has changed a lot since we first set up here. Our daily routine usually starts quite early when the first shift arrives to start moving the metal products. The warehouse is quite large, but it often feels small because of how much material we have to store on the racks. We handle a lot of metal parts and sheets, and the sound of them being moved around is just a constant background noise for everyone working in the office. The weather here in Pant Nagar can be quite unpredictable, with very hot afternoons followed by heavy rain that sometimes makes the loading docks a bit slippery. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or making the place look corporate because there is just too much practical work to do. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and making sure the loaders have the right lists for the outgoing trucks. It is a straightforward operation where everyone knows their job and we don't really bother with long meetings or anything like that. We just try to keep the stacks organized and ensure the gates are cleared for the evening deliveries. The local roads are always packed with transport vehicles, so timing is everything for us here.
