Arjun Industries

We’ve been here at 19/1 in the Teenpani Industrial Area for a good while now. It’s right off the Kichha Bye Pass Road, and if you know Thandi Sadak in U. S Nagar, you know it gets pretty busy around here. Our shop floor is usually loud with machines running, and there’s always someone moving crates or checking on the inventory. We don't have fancy office chairs or a big reception desk. Mostly, it’s just us in our work gear making sure things get done. Some days the humidity in the industrial area is a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. The truck drivers know the turn-off from the bye pass road pretty well by now. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or fixing bits of equipment that got jammed. It’s not a glamorous spot, but it’s where we do our work. We mostly talk about the weather or what’s for lunch while we’re waiting for parts to arrive. It’s a practical kind of place. You might see some of us sitting outside for a tea break when the sun starts to go down. We’ve grown used to the dust and the noise of the neighboring factories. It’s just how things are at Arjun Industries. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families in the evening.
