Kwality Infotech

Kwality Infotech is located in Udam Singh Nagar, right near Gurunanak Inter College. We are also just opposite the Jps Color Lab. Being so close to the college means we see a lot of students coming in with their laptops or needing stuff printed out. It’s a lively part of town. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve packed it with all the computer parts and software we might need. We spend our time fixing hardware, installing programs, or helping folks figure out why their printer isn't working. It’s mostly just us and a few repair benches. We don't put on airs or pretend to be more than a local computer service spot. Sometimes the shop is full of kids from the college, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the fans in the CPUs. We’ve got a lot of old monitors and towers in the corner that we use for spare parts. It's a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside, but it works for us. We just take the jobs as they come, whether it's a big repair or just someone needing a new mouse. The area is familiar to us, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around here pretty well over the years. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping the neighborhood's computers running as well as we can. It’s a good way to make a living and we enjoy the daily routine.
