Bal Gopal Metals Pvt. Ltd.

Out here at Village Shimla Pistaur on Kiccha Road, we have our setup for Bal Gopal Metals Pvt. Ltd. It is a noisy place most of the time because of the machinery and the heavy trucks coming in and out of the yard. We deal with different kinds of metal parts and scraps all day long. The shed is quite big, and we have a group of workers who show up early every morning to get the machines warmed up and ready. It’s dusty work, and our clothes usually end up covered in grease and metal shavings by the end of the shift. We spend a lot of time checking the weights on the scale and making sure the orders are loaded correctly onto the lorries. Sometimes the power goes out, and everything stops, so we just sit outside near the gate and wait for it to come back on. The office is just a small room at the front with a couple of metal filing cabinets and a desk that’s always covered in papers and receipts. We deal with a lot of local suppliers and other small businesses around the Kiccha area. It isn't a glamorous job, but the work is steady and keeps us busy. We mostly worry about keeping the equipment running and making sure nobody gets hurt on the shop floor while they are working. It’s just a regular factory life with its own set of daily problems that we have to solve one by one.
