We have been working out of the second floor of Savitri Complex for several years now. It’s located right near that busy Jail Road Chauraha, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and rickshaws down below. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for help with their computers or some kind of software problem they can’t fix on their own. The office isn’t much to look at, just some mismatched chairs and a few long tables covered in monitors and tangled wires. Kaladhungi Road is always packed, which makes it a bit hard to find parking if you’re driving. We usually tell people to park a little further down and just walk over. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, and if the power goes out, it gets quite warm inside since the windows don't let in much of a breeze. We aren't a big corporation or anything fancy. It’s just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard and some coding. We spend most of the day troubleshooting or setting up systems for other small businesses in the area. We don't spend any money on ads because we don't really need to. People around here know where we are if they need something fixed. We keep some old spare parts in the back just in case someone needs a quick replacement for a keyboard or a mouse. It’s just a regular local shop.
