Jmb Contractors Private Limited

We’ve been working out of Khasra No 1136 in Ranibagh for a while now. Jmb Contractors Private Limited is basically just us doing building work around Chauhanpata and the rest of the Nainital area. It isn't a huge operation, but we stay busy with various projects. Most of the time, you can find us coordinating stuff right here in the village or out on a site nearby. People around here know where to find us if they need something sorted with their property. It gets pretty busy during the peak seasons, though the weather in the hills sometimes slows things down a bit. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of contracting. There’s always some paperwork or a new site to visit. Our office is simple, nothing fancy. We just focus on getting the work done. Living and working in Ranibagh means we see the same faces often, which is nice. Sometimes the roads are a mess, but that's just how it is here. We handle the labor, the materials, and the planning part of it. It’s a lot of coordination between the workers and the clients. We don’t really do much advertising because word of mouth keeps us going mostly. If you’re passing through the Ranibagh Chauhanpata area, you’ll likely see our trucks or some of our guys working on a project. We keep it straightforward and try to stay on schedule as much as possible despite the typical challenges of mountain construction.
