Betaleshwar Associates Private Limited is located over in Haldwani, specifically at Mukul Vihar, Talli Bamori. We’re based out of Dan Singh’s place. It’s a very local setup, right in the heart of the community here. Haldwani is the gateway to the mountains, so it’s always bustling with people coming and going. Our office is just a simple room where we sit and talk about construction and various projects. We don't have any shiny furniture or high-tech displays. It’s mostly just us, some chairs, and a lot of talk about how to get the next job done. We know most of the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around Talli Bamori. Working here feels very grounded because we’re right where our clients live. We handle a lot of the day-to-day associate work that comes with building and development. Sometimes we’re out in the heat all day, and other times we’re stuck inside doing the books. It’s a balance. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy slogan. We just rely on doing the work and being honest with the people we deal with. When the sun sets over the hills, we usually wrap up and head home, ready to do it all again the next day. It’s a good place to be, and we’re happy to be part of the Haldwani landscape. We just take it one project at a time.
