Anuj Infradevelopers Llp is located at HN- 2- 1 in the Civil Line area of Haldwani. We’re in that spot known as Rani Kothi, which most locals around here can point you toward. It’s an old-school area and we’ve been operating from here for a bit. Haldwani is a gateway to the mountains, so things can get pretty hectic with people moving through. Our daily routine is mostly just managing the various infrastructure and development tasks we have on our plate. The office is just a regular building where we keep our desks and all the paperwork that piles up. It’s not some polished corporate headquarters; it feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workplace. We spend plenty of time talking to local vendors and trying to get things organized for our projects in the Nainital district. Some days are just filled with endless phone calls and others we are barely in the office at all because we are out seeing how the work is progressing. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well and keep things moving. There is always dust on the windows from the road and someone is usually brewing a pot of tea in the back. It’s just how we do things here, keeping it simple and focusing on the actual building work.
