We are Wellington Seeds And Agrotech Private Limited, and you can find us at Gajanan Nagar in Nagpur. Our office is at Kisan Asru Chavwhan’s place. We aren't one of those massive seed companies with labs and white coats. We are more about being on the ground and knowing what works for the local climate here in Maharashtra. Seeds are the most important part of the whole process, and we take that seriously, even if we are just a small outfit. We started this because we saw a lot of people struggling with poor quality supplies. So, we decided to handle things ourselves. Nagpur is a good place to be, but it gets very hot, and you need the right stuff to grow anything. We spend a lot of time talking to other farmers and figuring out what they need for the next planting season. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We just provide what is needed for a decent crop. Our team is small, mostly people who have been around agriculture their whole lives. We don't have a big fancy building, just our spot in Gajanan Nagar where we keep things organized. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it to keep the farms in this region going. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful.
