Krishna & Co is located at House No 294 in Ward No 26, right on Cotton Market Road. Being near the cotton market means it’s always lively around here. There is a lot of noise from the street and people moving stuff back and forth all day. Our office is pretty old-fashioned. We have wooden desks and big ledgers where we write everything down by hand. We don't see the point in changing things just for the sake of looking modern. We've been doing this for a long time, and we know the people in this market well. It’s a lot of face-to-face talk and shaking hands on deals. We don't use any of those corporate phrases because they don't mean much in the market. You just need to be reliable and show up when you say you will. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, but that’s just part of being on Cotton Market Road. We spend our days tracking prices and talking to suppliers. It’s a simple life, but it’s what we know. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just have a calendar and a clock. We take things one day at a time and try to keep our head down. It’s the way business has always been done around here for as long as I can remember, and we just fit into that.
