Our small office is at Plot Number 31 in Mhalgi Nagar. We are located right near the Hanuman Mandir temple, so you can usually hear the bells ringing from our front door during the day. It is a relatively quiet area in Vittal Nagar 8 compared to the city center. We have been operating from this same spot for a good while now. It is not a fancy corporate office, just a simple room with some tables and a couple of computers. We mostly help people in the local neighborhood with whatever travel needs they have. If someone needs a car for a day or a bus ticket to another city, they usually come to us first. We know all the neighbors and they know us by name. It is a very relaxed atmosphere in the office. We do not have any uniforms or big marketing posters on the walls. We just sit here, drink some tea, and handle the bookings as they come in through the door or over the phone. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait a bit, but that is just how life is here. We try to be helpful and give honest answers about the prices and travel times. There is no point in making things sound better than they really are. People seem to appreciate that we are just regular folks like them.
