Hotel Sayaji Indore

This might seem a bit unusual, but our contact point is actually at the Bajrang Kirana Store in Nagpur. We are located in Manav Sewa Nagar, right near Seminary Hills. It’s a local neighborhood spot, a basic shop where people buy their daily groceries. Amidst the sacks of rice and the biscuits, we handle some of the business for Hotel Sayaji Indore. It’s a bit of a mix-up of worlds, but that’s how we have things set up here. I spend my morning serving customers at the counter and then the afternoons are for checking on bookings or making phone calls. The shop is always busy with people from the neighborhood coming in for milk or matches. It’s noisy and there’s always someone talking. I keep a small desk in the corner with a computer and a logbook. It’s not a fancy hotel lobby, that’s for sure. You won't find any marble floors here, just the concrete of the shop and the shelves full of goods. Seminary Hills is a nice part of Nagpur, quite green and breezy in the evenings. Most of the people around here are regulars who have known us for years. It’s a practical way to manage things without needing a big, expensive office space. We just keep the shop running and do the hotel work in between. It’s a bit of a juggle, but we make it work every day for the people who call.
