Vistar

Vistar is tucked away in Srila Apartment on WHC Road. Plot 106 is where we stay. It’s an interesting spot because we’re right near Dharma Tattoo. It makes for good landmarks when people are trying to find us for the first time. The building is older, but it has character. We like being on this road because there’s always something to see out the window. Our office isn't one of those glass skyscrapers. It’s just a few rooms where we get our work done. We’ve got desks piled with papers and a kitchen that usually smells like someone’s lunch. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is fine by us. We’re a small group. We’ve known each other for years, so there isn't much formality. We just get on with things. Some days are quiet and we can really focus, other days the phone won't stop ringing. We don't have a "vision statement" or anything like that on the walls. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep the lights on and come back tomorrow. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we do. If you’re ever near the tattoo shop, you’re pretty much at our doorstep. We don't have a sign that glows at night, but people seem to find us just fine through word of mouth. It's a comfortable way to work without all the extra pressure.
